However, unexpected fire alarm disruptions were a downside. The service was outstanding, with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond, even offering complimentary wine for a room mishap. The location couldn't be better, right in the bustling city center close to transportation and shopping hubs. Dining options were satisfactory, with a hearty buffet but room for improvement. Overall, a fantastic stay with top-notch service and amenities at a reasonable price.

The hotel is in a very central location, just a few hundred meters from New Street and Moore Street train stations, which was perfect and accommodated us and our 7-month-old perfectly. It felt like our own little apartment.
